Ben Lomond Water has an expert board comprising six members.

All board members have been selected for their technical and professional expertise and experience.

Directors

Mr Brian Bayley

Mr Bayley is the Victorian based former Managing Director of Melbourne Water. His industry knowledge and change management experience will be invaluable in the new corporations. He is a past Chairman of the Water Services Association of Australia.

Dr Dan Norton

Dr Norton’s current directorships include the Chair of the Tasmanian Ports Corporation and the Menzies Research Institute. He is a former CEO and Managing Director of the Hydro-Electric Corporation and Aurora Energy and in this sector was also Chairman of NEMMCO (the national electricity market operator).

Ms Sarah Merridew
Mrs Merridew is a Chartered Accountant and a Director of Mystate Limited, Tasmanian Railway Pty Ltd, and is Honorary Treasurer of the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Tasmanian Section) Inc. and actively involved with other community organisations.
She was formerly a director of Tasmanian Public Finance Corporation, and Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees Limited and a partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu including a period as Managing Partner for Tasmania. She has extensive experience in providing audit, risk management, governance, and business advisory services to the public and private sectors.
Ms Liz Swain

Ms Swain has a distinguished technical and management career with Rio Tinto at Bell Bay and has been recognised with a Tasmanian Business Woman of the Year award. She is chair of Northern Regional Support Group and involved in several not for profit organisations.
Liz is a Metallurgy and Chemistry Graduate with a Masters Degree in Business Administration (University of Tasmania). 

Ms Jane Bennett

Ms Bennett is a Director of Onstream and TasPorts.  Until recently, she was the Managing Director of Ashgrove Cheese and is the 2010 Telstra Business Woman of the Year.  Ben Lomond Water's Owners’ Representatives recognised that Ms Bennett is widely admired and respected for her talents, abilities and achievements, particularly in the Northern Tasmanian Region.
