Our responsibilities
Ben Lomond Water is responsible for all water and wastewater operations for the residents in the region spanning, Break O’Day, Dorset, Flinders, George Town, Launceston City, Meander Valley, Northern Midlands and West Tamar Councils in northern Tasmania.
The commitments we make to our customers are contained in our Customer Charter.

Ben Lomond Water Interim Licence
An Interim Licence has been issued by the Minister for Primary Industries and Water pursuant to Section 89 of the Water and Sewerage Industry Act 2008. The interim licence authorises Ben Lomond Water to undertake water and sewerage regulated activities in accordance with the Act.
Shareholders' Letter of Expectation
The Shareholders’ Letter of Expectation is issued by the Shareholders of the Tasmanian Water and Sewer Corporation (Northern Region) Pty Ltd. Its purpose is to communicate the shareholders’ high-level performance expectations and strategic priorities to the Board of the Corporation.
